There is a second room off the main bedroom which could be used as an office or wardrobe room but you need to go through this room to access the bathroom at the rear of the house.

The bathroom is the old style shower over the bath tub and has a separate toilet.

There is a wall unit air conditioner in the kitchen.

The laundry is on the back verandah and there is a laundry sink with two washing machine taps on the wall next to it.

There is a double garage / shed at the rear of the house with a concrete floor.

Large block and domestic pets will be permitted (dogs outside only).

Please note that viewings are by pre-booked appointment only and we do not give out the addresses of vacant rental properties for security reasons - you must have your Pre-Application approved first and then have an appointment booked to view the property with the Property Manager.

If you are approved to move into any of our rental properties you will be required to pay 4 weeks rent as bond, 2 weeks rent in advance, if you have pets the $260 pet bond before you collect the keys for the property.
