Two bedrooms are to the left of the house and both have a built-in robe recess. The third bedroom is located off the dining area.

The laundry is to the rear and you walk through here to get to the bathroom. The bathroom has a corner spa bath, separate shower and a vanity unit. Separate toilet is found off the dining area.

Evaporative air-con services the whole house.

To the rear of the main house is a large patio area which a bar and built-in TV. Large shed located off the patio.

Through the patio area is a large grassed area which takes you to the Granny flat. The granny flat consists of a carpeted lounge, serviced by a split system which opens into the tidy kitchen with electric cooking. Two bedrooms and the main has a robe recess and an ensuite with a vanity and shower.

The laundry is to the middle of the granny flat and has the separate toilet off here.

To the left of the granny flat is a near new, double garage with concrete flooring and power. You can access this via the rear lane which has gates for access.

Property available now. Main house is serviced by a solar hot water system. Solar panels also on the roof.

Please note that viewings are by pre-booked appointment only and we do not give out the addresses of vacant rental properties for security reasons - you must have your Pre-Application approved first and then have an appointment booked to view the property with the Property Manager.

If you are approved to move into any of our rental properties you will be required to pay 4 weeks rent as bond, 2 weeks rent in advance, if you have pets the $260 pet bond before you collect the keys for the property. Minimum lease term offered is 6 months.
